About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of BIM models for public health engineering systems

- Oversee model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project timelines
- Support design team members in resolving modeling conflicts and technical challenges
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation from BIM outputs
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings with project stakeholders
- Implement quality assurance processes for BIM deliverables
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software and industry practices
- Assist in training team members on BIM tools and workflows
- Collaborate with project managers to define modeling milestones and resource needs
- Ensure data integrity across project phases from concept to construction

- Prepare models for handover to contractors and clients
- Support the development of BIM standards across project portfolios
