Jobgether is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to serve as a strategic partner, combining analytical expertise with business insight to guide decision-making for our global teams. You will manage complex datasets, design metrics and dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations that influence leadership and operational strategy.
What You'll Do
- Analyze large, complex datasets using SQL and other analytical tools to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and metrics tracking the health and performance of business units.
- Communicate findings effectively to executives and stakeholders, crafting narratives that drive informed decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Data Science, Product, and other teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Lead operational reviews, planning, and goal-setting processes, applying ROI-focused decision-making.
- Manage high-priority projects, guiding teams through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support forecasting and long-term planning processes, enabling leadership to make strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business strategy, operations, or related domains.
- Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to analyze large and imperfect datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in building dashboards, models, and performing ad-hoc analyses.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence globally distributed teams.
- Ability to connect high-level strategy with detailed operational execution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and using data to inform business decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in B2B sales environments.
- Python or R experience is a plus.
