Brighter AI Technologies GmbH is looking for a (Senior) Solution Architect AI (m/w/d) to drive the adoption of our AI solutions through hands-on prototyping and sales enablement. You will collaborate directly with customers to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and improve our offering by adapting the computer-vision AI pipeline to unlock business value.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify their specific issues, and spot opportunities for product improvements.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer-specific requirements.
- Solve problems in a proactive and professional manner.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system and email.
- Create FAQs, assist in building the online community, and write documentation.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
- More than 3 years in solution engineering, presales, customer support, or other technical roles with customer contact.
- Knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Leadership experience in solution engineering or presales.
- Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems.
- An understanding of the Docker ecosystem.
- A good understanding of hardware.
- German language skills.
