About the Role: As a Lead Data Analyst for Operational Analytics specializing in Quality Assurance, you'll be instrumental in supporting our Quality department and ensuring regulatory compliance within pharmaceutical operations. This position focuses on developing reliable data solutions that enhance quality monitoring, compliance transparency, and operational efficiency across our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Quality, Dispensing, Operations Assurance, Compounding, Supply Chain, and Financial Operations to design, implement, and maintain sophisticated data infrastructure, visualization tools, and reporting mechanisms. Your expertise will empower the Quality team to identify trends, proactively mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in compliance and patient safety. This fully remote position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Operations Analytics, fostering a collaborative environment emphasizing professional growth, analytical rigor, and technological innovation. You Will: - Serve as the dedicated analytics partner for the Quality team, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance requirements - Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and compliance readiness of operational quality data - Develop and maintain dashboards monitoring Quality performance metrics - Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions - Conduct comprehensive analysis of quality events and operational data - Perform statistical investigations to support root cause analysis - Build and maintain data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineering - Contribute to reporting automation for improved efficiency - Act as a communication bridge between Quality, Data Engineering, and operational functions - Support additional operational needs - Communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders You Have: - 8+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields - Experience in Quality functions within regulated environments - Advanced SQL and data manipulation skills - Proficiency with modern analytics technologies - Strong understanding of data visualization and regulatory reporting - Ability to connect data, system logic, and regulatory requirements - Comprehensive statistical analysis expertise - Proven capability managing complex datasets - Excellent communication skills - Independent project management abilities - Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines Nice To Have: - Healthcare data experience - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks - Programming skills in Python/R - Knowledge of quality metrics - Professional portfolio demonstrating analytical capabilities Our Benefits: - Competitive compensation packages - Unlimited PTO and mental health days - Comprehensive health benefits - Employee Stock Purchase Program - 401k with employer matching - Team building retreats We celebrate diversity and encourage applications from all qualified candidates, valuing unique perspectives and experiences.
