EX Squared is hiring a Lead Associate Counsel to provide senior legal expertise and strategic guidance. This is a remote role serving our global operations, with a focus on candidates based in Colorado.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert legal counsel and strategic advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Lead and manage complex legal projects from inception to completion.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements.
- Advise on legal risk management and develop strategies to mitigate exposure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams to support business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Colorado state bar.
- Proven experience as a senior legal counsel or associate counsel in a corporate environment.
- Deep expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position operating on a global scale. Candidates must be located in Colorado.
