Coupa Software is looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer to join our G&A – Information Technology department. In this mid-senior level role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust analytics solutions that support our business operations.

What You'll Do

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data models and ETL pipelines
Collaborate with stakeholders across G&A functions to translate business needs into technical requirements
Establish and enforce data governance, quality standards, and best practices for analytics engineering
Mentor and guide other engineers on the team
Drive the evolution of our analytics infrastructure and tooling

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role, with a track record of leadership
Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and modern data stack technologies
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data processing
