Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is seeking an LDC US Implementation Lead to lead the successful adoption of the Lean Digital Core (LDC) Program across US operations, manufacturing sites, and TRD. You will drive this enterprise transformation within committed timelines, quality, and budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction and value creation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the LDC country team and ensure effective use of allocated resources (FTEs, external partnerships, costs) in line with defined priorities.
- Ensure business readiness including smooth cutover planning and execution with no unplanned business disruption.
- Establish a strong connection with country/site stakeholders and teams from engagement phase until handover to business as usual.
- Establish and run efficient governance structures within the country, including transparent status reporting, proactive risk management, and effective escalation.
- Drive local risk management.
- Ensure justified local requirements (LSTRs and local integrations) are adequately considered in the delivered solution.
- Support change management excellence, preparing the organization for change to ensure ultimate in-country buy-in of LDC.
- Establish a local SuperUser community to sustain process know-how and maintain connection through Change Advisory Boards.
What We're Looking For
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Science.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience in a local or global environment, collaborating across boundaries and leading change.
- More than 8 years of experience in country or global operations roles.
- Proven experience in managing Projects or Programs, Business Process Transformation, and Change Management.
- Experience with indirect and/or direct leadership in previous roles.
- Ability to engage, influence, and drive change with senior stakeholders across functions.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $160,300 - $257,400 per year.
