Ruvixx is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote, full-time contractor position for a technical leader based in Latin America. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will own our IT ecosystem, spearhead our Mobile Device Management (MDM) strategy, enforce security compliance, and ensure our distributed team operates on a secure, modern infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Spearhead IT operations, managing daily functions, support escalations, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
Own our MDM ecosystem as the primary administrator for solutions like Microsoft Intune and Jamf, managing device provisioning, policy enforcement, patch management, and software deployment.
Drive security and compliance by playing an active role in programs like ISO 27001 and SOC 2, implementing policies, conducting internal audits, and maintaining documentation.
Optimize and innovate by continuously improving IT systems, developing best practices, writing knowledge base articles, and identifying automation opportunities.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional experience in an IT management or senior IT support role.
Proven, hands-on experience managing and maintaining an MDM solution (Microsoft Intune, Jamf, FleetDM) including administration and deployment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, firewalls) and cloud-based applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).

Nice to Have

Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
Relevant industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, ITIL, Microsoft/Jamf certifications).
