Harvard University is hiring a Labor Relations Data and Reporting Analyst

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required
  • At least five years of directly related work experience
  • In-depth understanding of human resources data with a focus on union-specific systems and records
  • Prior experience operating within a unionized workplace environment
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced capabilities in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Power BI tools and reporting platforms
  • Background in developing or utilizing financial models
  • Experience in higher education administration, business analytics, business intelligence, business management, or information technology settings

Team

Some responsibilities may be carried out remotely based on operational requirements and departmental discretion. Work must be performed within a Harvard-registered state when not at a Harvard-affiliated location, in accordance with University employment policies.

Work Format Details

This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that some of the duties and responsibilities can be effectively performed at a non-Harvard location. The work schedule and location will be set by the department at its discretion and based upon operational needs. When not working at a Harvard or Harvard-designated location, employees in hybrid positions must work in a Harvard registered state in compliance with the University’s Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
