Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is hiring a Labor Law Jurist to provide comprehensive legal expertise within our HR and management structures. You will be the central legal authority for all labor, collective bargaining, and civil service law matters, ensuring compliance and managing key relationships with employee representatives.
What You'll Do
- Provide legal support and maintain templates for HR contracts and forms, incorporating current case law.
- Ensure trustworthy cooperation with employee representatives by preparing materials for meetings and consultations.
- Draft precise company agreements and support regional offices in negotiations.
- Identify, analyze, and minimize labor law risks, developing mitigation measures.
- Advise the HR department and managers on labor, collective bargaining, civil service, and co-determination law.
- Develop and conduct internal training and workshops.
- Prepare and represent the company in out-of-court disputes and court proceedings, managing external lawyers.
- Evaluate collective bargaining topics in collaboration with specialist colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- A completed law degree with both state law examinations.
- Several years of experience working with co-determination bodies such as works councils.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in labor law.
- Solid knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, co-determination, and severely disabled persons law.
- Practical experience in creating and implementing labor law concepts and strategies.
