Responsibilities
- Execute complex hardware replacements including server components, networking devices, and power distribution units
- Perform structured cabling installations and modifications for both copper and fiber optic connections
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain detailed documentation of all data center assets, configurations, and changes
- Collaborate with remote engineering teams to implement infrastructure improvements and upgrades
