Sourcefit is looking for an L1 NOC Customer Support professional. This role combines customer service with technical network operations, focusing on structured troubleshooting, timely escalation, and maintaining service quality across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Monitor network alerts and operational systems
- Perform structured troubleshooting following established processes
- Escalate incidents to the Network Engineer when required
- Provision and activate customer services
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and complete ticket logs
- Assist in developing and improving support documentation and SOPs
- Perform basic SOC monitoring responsibilities
- Contribute to building and strengthening the support framework
