As a KYC/AML Specialist, you will be critical in safeguarding our organizational integrity, maintaining regulatory adherence, and supporting sustainable business expansion by ensuring only authenticated, legitimate entities participate in MGID's advertising network. What You'll Do: - Execute comprehensive KYC verification for new and existing clients, advertisers, publishers, and vendors, ensuring alignment with MGID's internal guidelines and global AML/CFT regulations - Execute risk evaluation and comprehensive due diligence using geographic, transactional, and business activity risk indicators - Continuously track partner activities to identify suspicious transactions, potential fraud, or ecosystem anomalies - Manage and refresh KYC/AML databases, guaranteeing documentation accuracy, currency, and audit preparedness - Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance departments to validate onboarding and payment processes meet regulatory requirements - Identify and escalate suspicious activities or potential violations to Management, supporting regulatory filing preparations - Contribute to developing and refining MGID's internal compliance frameworks, procedures, and risk assessment methodologies - Implement international sanctions and politically exposed person (PEP) screening protocols, maintaining global regulatory awareness - Facilitate internal and external audits by providing comprehensive documentation, reports, and compliance control explanations - Conduct KYC/AML awareness training across organizational departments, cultivating a robust compliance culture Requirements: Who You Are: - 3+ years experience in compliance, KYC/AML, risk management, or financial due diligence, preferably within digital media, fintech, or global technology sectors - Profound understanding of AML/CFT regulations, sanctions frameworks, and international compliance standards - Capability to execute end-to-end KYC verification, including document assessment, risk scoring, enhanced due diligence, and continuous monitoring - Proficiency with compliance screening technologies - Exceptional analytical and communication capabilities - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline - Fluent English; additional language skills advantageous Will be a plus: - AdTech ecosystem and digital advertising financial flow knowledge At MGID, we celebrate innovation, collaboration, and AdTech passion.
