Windranger Labs is hiring a KOL Marketing Lead to bridge the gap between influencers, thought leaders, and product marketing. You will ensure marketing campaigns resonate with the right users by leveraging a deep understanding of fintech dynamics and a talent for spotting cultural movers.
What You'll Do
- Identify, vet, and onboard fintech and finance influencers across TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Build a robust pipeline of LinkedIn thought leaders specializing in payments, fintech, and Web3.
- Partner with the marketing team to continuously source new KOLs.
- Design and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement, user acquisition, and brand credibility.
- Balance creative content like memes and TikTok trends with serious thought leadership for platforms like LinkedIn and podcasts.
- Own end-to-end influencer relationships, including negotiation, contracts, creative briefs, content review, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate across product, marketing, and leadership to align influencer campaigns with product launches and company positioning.
- Define KPIs for campaigns, such as reach, engagement, acquisition cost, and ROI.
- Build reporting dashboards to communicate performance to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer deals, from micro to macro, across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Comfort working with LinkedIn KOLs in the fintech and Web3 space.
- Ability to understand and communicate concepts related to payments, card products, and fintech user experience.
- Strong sense of current trends on TikTok and Instagram, including reels and storytelling mechanics.
- APAC-first experience (Singapore preferred), with the ability to work effectively across diverse markets.
Nice to Have
- Experience building influencer programs for companies like Revolut, Wise, Monzo, Grab, or similar fintechs and neobanks.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable ROI from past influencer campaigns.
Work Mode
This is a global, remote position. Candidates should be located in the APAC region, with a strong preference for Singapore.
