Construction & Property Group – UK is seeking a Kitchen Drafter (Revit Specialist) to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and 3D models for custom kitchen layouts, cabinetry, and interior fit-outs.
What You'll Do
- Develop detailed kitchen layout drawings and 3D models using Revit.
- Prepare technical documentation including plans, elevations, and sections.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to refine design concepts.
- Maintain and update Revit families for kitchen components like cabinets and appliances.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
- Assist in project presentations and client meetings when required.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in drafting kitchen layouts using Autodesk Revit.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen design standards, ergonomics, and materials.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed kitchen plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modular kitchen systems and custom cabinetry.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination within kitchen layouts.
- Familiarity with rendering tools for presentation purposes.
