F&H Group GmbH is hiring a Key Account Manager Retail (m/w/x) to drive strategic and operational sales for premium lifestyle brands across Germany and Austria. You’ll join a creative, motivated team with flat hierarchies, managing key accounts, associations, and multipliers to achieve significant growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop area strategy and manage operational sales with Key Accounts, associations, and multipliers.
- Independently manage existing customers and build a new customer network at the operational level.
- Provide professional leadership to company employees.
- Identify new customer potential, lead the process to win new nationwide target key accounts, and conduct order and contract negotiations.
- Observe markets and competitors, and execute customer analyses.
- Create offers.
- Coordinate and monitor campaigns, and report and analyze KPIs.
- Represent the company at events and trade fairs.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in branded goods sales with a proven track record.
- A strong industry-specific network.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and solid analytical skills.
- High personal responsibility, motivation, and initiative.
- A charismatic personality and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
- A desire to work in the field (retail) rather than in an office.
- High affinity for beautiful design and Scandinavian culture.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license.
