RLVNT GmbH, a pioneer in AI-supported communication, is looking for a Junior AI & Corporate Communications Consultant (m/w/d). In this role, you will work on the operational implementation of innovative, data-driven communication solutions, helping companies communicate more efficiently and purposefully by applying AI technologies. You will join a forward-thinking agency environment focused on intelligent communication strategies.
What You'll Do
- Operationally implement communication projects, with a focus on planning and executing AI-supported solutions.
- Steer and implement communication projects from conception through to evaluation.
- Manage your own clients and provide expert consultation on optimizing internal and external communication using AI and data insights.
- Conduct online and offline workshops and trainings on AI tools and solutions, including intelligent chatbot AI assistants.
- Support the creation and adaptation of communication content across various channels, using AI tools for optimization and personalization.
- Contribute to the development of innovative, AI-supported communication strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Monitor market and technology trends and integrate findings into our consulting practice.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
What We're Looking For
- First experience or one year of professional experience in communication, PR, or marketing, ideally with an AI focus.
- A structured, independent working style with a high degree of initiative.
- Strong communication skills and team player qualities, both internally and with external partners.
- Willingness to learn new things and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Customer-oriented approach and team spirit.
- Basic knowledge of applying AI technologies and communication strategies.
- Technical understanding of AI technologies and their application in communication.
- Analytical thinking to strategically use data and technologies for communication.
- Experience in project implementation, including time and resource planning.
- Negotiation-proficient skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
