Responsibilities
- Meet established business and patient access targets within the assigned geographic region
- Apply business insight to interpret data and shape territory strategies that support achievement of quarterly and annual goals
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the local healthcare landscape, including care delivery systems, key payers, and regulatory factors
- Monitor industry developments, competitive dynamics, and reimbursement trends affecting patient access
- Navigate state-specific regulations to implement compliant local strategies
- Maintain expert-level understanding of relevant disease states and product details, communicated in line with FDA labeling and REMS requirements
- Engage account stakeholders effectively by identifying needs, presenting approved solutions, addressing concerns, securing commitments, and planning follow-up actions
- Use approved resources to educate healthcare providers and staff on product access options
- Manage accounts to ensure seamless product availability and resolve or escalate reimbursement challenges in compliance with company protocols
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to align efforts and improve outcomes
- Maintain continuous customer engagement to proactively respond to changing needs and market dynamics
- Act with integrity, sound judgment, and strict adherence to company policies and ethical standards
- Manage operational spending responsibly and within budget guidelines

- Must be willing to travel regionally and nationally as needed
- Certain territories may require overnight travel between 50% and 70%
- All work must comply with company policies and the Code of Conduct
- Applicant must have experience working within complex distribution channels, including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution models
