About the Role

ANGEHEUERT GmbH is hiring a Key Account Manager BeNeLux - Fokus Niederlande (all genders). In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding our international B2B business in the Netherlands and the BeNeLux region, with a focus on drugstores, grocery retail, and relevant platforms. You will join a dynamic, fast-growing Beauty & Pro Aging company from Berlin with a core mission to create glow moments.

What You'll Do

  • Build and expand international B2B business in the Netherlands and BeNeLux region, focusing on drugstores, grocery retail, and relevant platforms.
  • Strategically develop international key accounts, manage collaboration, and support existing partnerships.
  • Prepare pitches, assortment proposals, and promotion plans and conduct annual reviews independently.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and E-Commerce.
  • Analyze market and competitive developments, identify new opportunities, and recognize potential partners.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings, including on-site visits.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of experience in international key account management, ideally in FMCG, Beauty, Health, or Nutrition.
  • Deep understanding of the Dutch retail landscape, particularly regarding drugstores and/or grocery retail.
  • Proficient communication in German and English.
  • Proactive and structured work style with a pronounced 'hands-on' mentality.
  • Confident handling of tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CRM systems.

Nice to Have

  • Dutch language skills are a real plus.
