What You'll Do
- Handle administrative tasks, including organizing calendars, setting up meetings, and coordinating travel for the sales team.
- Craft compelling sales materials like presentations and reports to equip the team.
- Facilitate seamless sales order processing by collaborating with internal teams.
- Monitor inventory levels by working with logistics and identifying areas for action.
- Serve as the go-to person for customer queries, addressing needs professionally.
- Harness sales data to analyze performance and drive informed strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Background in supporting sales teams with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Adept at communicating with warmth and efficiency to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.
- Customer-centric approach, eager to solve problems and deliver top-notch service.
- Self-starter attitude, comfortable with taking initiative and managing workloads independently.
