Responsibilities
- Support the production of performance-driven videos, taking ideas from concept to final output across editing, audio, graphics, and colour.
- Collaborate in the creation of high-performing video ads for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent sites), focusing on engagement and user acquisition.
- Assist with editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute concepts and storyboards.
- Use AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance creative output.
- Apply feedback and iterate on video content based on performance and team input.
- Adapt content for different formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
- Stay up to date with trends in AI, short-form video and digital advertising.
- Help ensure content aligns with platform policies and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in video editing (internships, freelance work, or personal projects welcome).
- Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing for short-form content.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve.
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment.

- Comfortable working with uncensored models and adult content.

- Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, etc.).
- Curiosity about AI-driven creative workflows and the AI space in general.
Nice to Have
- An active interest in the use of AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy ui etc.) is a plus.
- Photoshop skills.
- An interest or past experience in the Adult/NSFW space.
