Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in video editing (internships, freelance work, or personal projects welcome)
- Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing for short-form content
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
- Doer mindset - we are moving fast and need people who thrive on execution and moving quickly
- Obsessive about speed, performance and iteration
- Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong accountability
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and adult content
Nice to Have
- An active interest in the use of AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy ui etc.) is a plus
- Awareness of social media trends (TikTok, Reels, short-form ads)
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, etc.)
- Curiosity about AI-driven creative workflows and the AI space in general
- Photoshop skills
- An interest or past experience in the Adult/NSFW space
