The Junior UX Researcher at Liven, part of SKELAR, will support the UX Research team in conducting end-to-end research to inform product decisions through real user insights. This role is designed for individuals eager to begin or pivot into a UX Research career within a product-focused, mission-driven environment that prioritizes mental well-being and deep user understanding.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the full UX research cycle under the mentorship of the Lead UX Researcher — from defining research questions to presenting actionable insights
- Assist in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, concept testing, and discovery research
- Work with quantitative data, analyzing survey results and behavioral metrics alongside the analytics team
- Transform raw data into structured insights and clear product recommendations
- Conduct desk research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities for the ecosystem
- Learn to formulate research hypotheses and help product teams validate them through rigorous testing
- Rapidly immerse in new domains, decode user behavior, and sharpen research expertise through constant feedback
What We're Looking For
- English at a C1 level or higher (most of our research and internal communication happens in English)
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to question assumptions and identify cause-and-effect relationships
- Ability to process, structure, and synthesize large volumes of information
- A genuine interest in human behavior, motivations, and decision-making processes
- Readiness to learn fast, embrace constructive feedback, and adapt to a high-paced environment
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and argue conclusions based on evidence
Nice to Have
- Have experience in any type of research (sociological, psychological, academic, or marketing)
- Possess a background in marketing, market research, or research agencies
- Have a degree in Sociology, Psychology, Economics, or related fields
- Understand the basic principles of UX, product management, or customer experience
- Are a 'switcher' who has proactively mastered the basics of the UX Research profession

Work Mode
- Onsite role with locations in Kyiv and Warsaw
- Core working hours typically 14:00 to 22:00 due to frequent user interaction requirements
