Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct full-vehicle durability tests following industry standards and defined procedures
- Perform testing in both lab and real-world settings, ensuring precise data gathering and thorough documentation
- Use analytical tools and techniques to evaluate test data, detect failure patterns, and highlight improvement opportunities
- Create comprehensive technical reports that present test outcomes, conclusions, and suggested actions
- Work with multidisciplinary engineering groups to resolve technical problems and advance vehicle development
- Ensure testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated to meet performance and quality requirements
- Assist senior staff in developing new test protocols and refining current durability assessment methods
- Coordinate test planning, resource allocation, and document management to support timely project delivery
