We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Test Engineer to join our Complete Vehicle Durability team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will support the design and execution of comprehensive durability testing programs for vehicles, contributing to the development of reliable and high-performing automotive products. You will work alongside experienced engineers to ensure vehicles meet stringent durability standards and customer expectations through systematic testing and data-driven analysis. - Develop, plan, and execute complete vehicle durability tests according to established protocols and automotive industry standards - Conduct hands-on testing activities in laboratory and field environments, ensuring accurate data collection and meticulous record-keeping - Analyze test data using appropriate tools and methodologies to identify trends, failures, and areas for improvement - Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation summarizing test results, findings, and recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and support vehicle development initiatives - Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with quality standards - Support senior engineers in designing new test procedures and improving existing durability testing methodologies - Organize and manage test schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure efficient project execution
