Vultr is looking for a Junior Test Automation Engineer to join our reliability efforts. Reporting to the Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will play a highly visible role focused on writing and maintaining UI and API test automation to ensure the reliability and scalability of our cloud infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Write efficient and maintainable UI and API tests, including thorough documentation and test reporting.
- Maintain existing tests to ensure continued support for customer usage patterns.
- Work closely with other engineering teams to align development efforts with reliability, scalability, and business objectives.
- Produce high-quality test plans for APIs, systems, and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in writing automated tests using Python and Selenium.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and knowledge of cloud-based services.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to address automation challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally.
