SONDA is looking for a Junior Tender Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of tender processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements and coordinating across multiple internal areas. You will be a key part of our mission to transform client businesses and the future through knowledge and technology.
What You'll Do
- Manage the operational and administrative aspects of tender processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of client administrative requirements.
- Ensure the correct presentation of administrative, legal, and financial background information in proposals to end clients.
- Coordinate inter-departmentally, acting as a liaison between Sales Executives, Pre-sales, Legal, Accounting, Internal Control, Human Resources, Risk Prevention, and Treasury, especially for obtaining information and documentation required for proposals.
- Monitor guarantee bonds, in coordination with Treasury and other relevant areas.
- Resolve contingencies, addressing complex or urgent issues requiring rapid coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Administer tender and registration portals such as ChileCompra, Ariba, Cámara de Comercio de Santiago, and AIA-SICEP, ensuring registrations and certifications are always current.
What We're Looking For
- Professional degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing public and private tenders.
Nice to Have
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
- Knowledge of portals like ChileCompra, Ariba, SICEP, and Cámara de Comercio.
- Knowledge of public and private procurement regulations.
- Knowledge of legal, accounting, and technical documentation required in tender processes.
