HENSOLDT is looking for a Junior Systems Engineer (m/f/d) to join the Air SIGINT Ground Systems Engineering department at our Ulm location. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for creating technical concepts and ensuring the integration and qualification of ground stations and support systems for Airborne Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) solutions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, identify, and specify system requirements and interfaces.
- Contribute to creating and validating system architectures and technical concepts.
- Support integration, verification, and qualification activities at the system level.
- Accompany complex projects from requirement analysis through to customer delivery.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree in communications engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field.
- First practical experience and knowledge in the field of systems engineering.
- Strong analytical-conceptual skills and pronounced communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
- An independent and goal-oriented working style.
- A continuous willingness to learn and curiosity for future technologies.
- Fluent German and very good English language skills.
Team & Environment
You will join the Air SIGINT Ground Systems Engineering department, working collaboratively on specialized technical projects from concept to delivery.

This is an onsite position located in Ulm.
