Hitaj Digital GmbH is looking for a Junior SEA-Account Manager focused on e-commerce. In this fully remote role, you will ensure client success by managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts to scale online shop revenues, working directly with a talented specialist team.
What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for client success and Google Ads account management for various online shops, optimizing accounts and developing strategies.
- Conduct kickoff meetings to define individual roadmaps based on detailed assessments.
- Hold weekly accountability calls to analyze performance bottlenecks and define next optimization steps.
- Provide direct support to clients via Google Chat with answers, videos, and screenshots.
- Manage Google Ads accounts for online shops from various niches, collaborating with a specialist team.
- Participate in daily meetings to exchange insights on campaign performance and receive feedback.
- Communicate with the sales team, maintain customer overviews, and offer timely renewals.
- Develop expert-level Google Ads copywriting skills, optimizing ads, sitelinks, and PMAX campaigns.
- Identify revenue bottlenecks in shops and implement effective solutions.
- Learn to recognize and utilize key signals for Google Ads campaign optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Digital proficiency and the ability to quickly master new tools, including familiarity with common AI tools and comfort in the Google Ads ecosystem.
- Practical e-commerce experience, ideally having managed Google Ads accounts for online shops with 10,000€+ per month in ad spend.
- Strong sense of self-responsibility and rapport, with the ability to hold others accountable and work effectively with different personality types.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
- A deep understanding of Google Ads and adjacent areas, with everyday familiarity with terms like CLTV, CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
