Azurreo was looking for an Executive Assistant

Azurreo is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to take on key administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities. You will work directly with company leadership, supporting strategic initiatives and daily management in our dynamic, multinational environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meeting scheduling, and follow-up coordination
  • Handle client invoicing and payment tracking, following up on outstanding accounts
  • Maintain internal dashboards and reports on budgets, expenses, and financial KPIs
  • Assist in financial planning, internal reporting, and data consolidation
  • Organize international travel logistics including flight bookings and itineraries
  • Manage document filing, data entry, and digital record-keeping
  • Liaise with clients, service providers, and internal departments
  • Coordinate operational and administrative support across teams and time zones

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or financial support role
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in a remote or international organization

Nice to Have

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in financial and executive contexts
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel
  • A business mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • French language skills are a strong advantage
