Werkia is looking for a Recruiter (m/w/d) to actively shape careers and partner with experienced professionals in the skilled trades sector. You will be the trusted point of contact for highly qualified talent, guiding them long-term on their career path.
What You'll Do
- Identify suitable candidates across all relevant channels and proactively approach them through active sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Guide candidates from initial contact through hiring, creating an outstanding candidate experience through applicant management.
- Conduct interviews independently, evaluate candidates in a structured way, and make well-founded selection decisions.
- Analyze KPIs, identify potential for improvement, and implement your own ideas to optimize recruiting processes.
- Work closely with specialist departments to optimally implement individual requirements.
- Help shape an authentic external presence that excites candidates through employer branding.
What We're Looking For
- First experience in recruiting, ideally from an in-house or agency environment.
- Structured and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to recognize potential and address people individually.
- Organizational talent and initiative, bringing in ideas, prioritizing smartly, and getting things done.
- Digital mindset and confidence using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, or applicant management software.
- Linguistic proficiency in spoken and written German, comparable to C2 level, for secure and professional communication.
