Novo Nordisk is seeking a Junior Sales Representative for our Cardiometabolic Sales team. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and implement commercial strategies based on current research to support optimal patient treatment. You’ll make a difference by working with an organization dedicated to combating serious chronic diseases.
What You'll Do
- Conduct medical visits, acting as a technical consultant to promote our product portfolio and strengthen client relationships.
- Strategically plan your territory, identifying opportunities and developing action plans to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Implement promotional strategies aligned with the marketing plan using provided materials and tools.
- Prepare visit reports, propose new ideas, and ensure compliance with goals and deadlines.
- Administer sales operations, including sample control, document organization, and material requests.
What We're Looking For
- Complete higher education.
- Experience in medical promotion within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Availability for travel.
- Valid category B driver's license (CNH).
- Clear and assertive communication, strategic planning, organizational skills, business vision, and analytical ability.

- Candidate already residing in the João Pessoa, PB region.
