Anchorage Digital is seeking a Junior Quantitative Researcher to join our Trading team. In this role, you will apply quantitative analysis and research to develop and enhance our trading strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze large-scale financial market data to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Develop and backtest quantitative models for trading and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with traders and engineers to implement research findings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's research processes and tooling.
  • Stay current with academic and industry developments in quantitative finance.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and quantitative modeling.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas) and quantitative research methods.
  • Ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts clearly.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Work Mode

This role is fully remote and open to candidates located within the United States.
