Responsibilities
- Oversee in-game events and align maintenance timelines for games and promotional campaigns
- Remotely set up game configurations and validate outcomes to maintain smooth gameplay
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deploy product updates
- Identify root causes of crashes, verify data integrity, and document defects accurately
- Adjust game features and promotions to align with changing business needs
- Forward advanced technical problems to engineering teams with clear context and documentation
Requirements
- Proven understanding of QA principles, test case design, and software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with task tracking tools, particularly Jira, and experience in Agile or Scrum environments
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at an upper-intermediate level or higher
- Capacity to manage tasks efficiently, meet time-sensitive goals, and anticipate risks
- Reliable work ethic and flexibility to cover shift work when necessary

What you will be doing
