Inchange Consulting is looking for a (Junior) Project Manager Officer (PMO) to join our team. In this role, you will support or lead projects as a PMO-Consultant, taking on initial project management tasks to drive IT implementation projects and optimize customer processes.

What You'll Do

• Support or lead projects as a (Junior) PMO-Consultant.
• Take on initial project management tasks in IT implementation projects and optimize customer processes.
• Support the successful planning and execution within the PMO.
• Potentially take on initial sub-project leadership.
• Prepare and follow up on project meetings, workshops, and other events.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, including minute-taking.
• Create documents, decision proposals, and presentations for project leadership, management, and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• A successfully completed university degree.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm for new challenges.
• An affinity for numbers and a strong sense of teamwork.
• A high degree of customer and service orientation.
• Proactivity, a high degree of quality awareness, and sociability.
• Proficient use of MS-Office tools.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Very good analytical skills and structured thinking.

Nice to Have

• Initial experience in project work.
• Initial knowledge of project and process management.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role located in the DACH region, with remote work possible up to 70%. Some willingness to travel within DACH is required.
