Inchange Consulting is looking for a (Junior) Project Manager Officer (PMO) to join our team. In this role, you will support or lead projects as a PMO-Consultant, taking on initial project management tasks to drive IT implementation projects and optimize customer processes.
What You'll Do
- Support or lead projects as a (Junior) PMO-Consultant.
- Take on initial project management tasks in IT implementation projects and optimize customer processes.
- Support the successful planning and execution within the PMO.
- Potentially take on initial sub-project leadership.
- Prepare and follow up on project meetings, workshops, and other events.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including minute-taking.
- Create documents, decision proposals, and presentations for project leadership, management, and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed university degree.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm for new challenges.
- An affinity for numbers and a strong sense of teamwork.
- A high degree of customer and service orientation.
- Proactivity, a high degree of quality awareness, and sociability.
- Proficient use of MS-Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Very good analytical skills and structured thinking.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role located in the DACH region, with remote work possible up to 70%. Some willingness to travel within DACH is required.
