About the Role
This position supports the product team by assisting in the definition, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives. The individual will work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements aligned with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions
- Support the creation of product requirements and feature specifications
- Collaborate with engineers to clarify tasks and track development progress
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings
- Monitor key product metrics and report on performance
- Help maintain the product backlog and prioritize items with guidance
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape
- Work with designers to refine user experiences
- Translate business objectives into actionable product plans
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for product optimization
- Assist in coordinating release timelines
- Document product decisions and feature logic
- Ensure alignment between development work and product vision
- Contribute to user testing initiatives
- Track bugs and feature gaps post-launch
- Support onboarding of new users or internal teams
- Escalate blockers and dependencies to senior staff
- Stay current with industry trends and platform changes
- Use data to validate assumptions and guide iterations
