Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage affiliate partners, focusing on those with no active income
- Respond to partner requests and guide them through onboarding processes
- Coordinate two-way communication with partners and collect actionable insights
- Maintain project news channels and provide accurate responses to frequently asked questions
- Delegate tasks to outsourcing teams with precise, easy-to-follow instructions
- Assist in managing all CRM-related chat interactions
Requirements
You bring prior experience in administrative, coordination, or client-facing roles, along with strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset. Fluency in Spanish (C2), Russian (C1), and English (B2) is essential. Proficiency in GSuite and Excel is required, as is comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment.
