Responsibilities
- Contribute meaningfully to programming & visioning, concept design, space planning, and design development across a range of project types.
- Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision and project budget.
- Assist in developing design narratives, mood boards, material palettes, FF&E selections, and finish concepts.
- Produce high-quality design drawings, diagrams, and presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent.
- Support senior team members during client presentations and design reviews.
- Prepare and maintain detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Review and revise design documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in quality control and drawing coordination reviews.
- Stay current on design trends, innovations, and best practices, sharing insights with teams and clients.
Requirements
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, and rendering tools like V-Ray or Enscape.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
