Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Consultant für IT/OT to join our team. In this role, you will support national and international clients by assessing cybersecurity threats, developing tailored security solutions, and strengthening IT/OT integration. You'll contribute within an innovative and supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients in understanding relevant cyber threats and regulatory demands while evaluating their current cybersecurity posture.
• Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity concepts and technologies within IT/OT environments.
• Collaborate with teams to design and promote comprehensive security solutions for diverse client needs.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while actively contributing to team discussions and innovation.
• Engage closely with mentors for continuous learning and skill enhancement.

What We're Looking For

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics with a cybersecurity focus, IT security, or a comparable qualification.
• Technical understanding of IT or OT systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Nice to Have

• Initial experience in cybersecurity consulting.
• Basic familiarity with cybersecurity solution implementation (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanning, endpoint protection, IAM/PAM).
