What you will do ✍️ - Provide versatile support encompassing customer service, KYC, and operational tasks - Troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end, ensuring customers are supported until full resolution - Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex cases and ensuring prompt resolution - Use internal tools to streamline documentation and reporting processes - Offer insights to improve workflows, customer experience, and product development - Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all channels Requirements Who you are 👀 - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and/or sales support, ideally within tech or fast-paced industries - Able to work fixed US hours (2 PM – 10 PM, Monday to Friday) - Experience working with KYC or due diligence processes is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills adaptable across various operational areas - Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is advantageous - Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments Benefits What we offer 🎁 Our team's success is driven by our people.
