WorkMotion is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager DACH to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client trust and ensuring a seamless experience for employing abroad, acting as the voice and advocate for our clients within the region.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship.
- Monitor your client portfolio's health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns.
- Facilitate the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition while leaving the door open for future opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and German.
- Energetic, motivated, and proactive attitude.
- Diligent documentation and maintaining thorough and accurate records.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- High empathy and ability to understand and resonate with clients' feelings and perspectives.
- Time management and capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently.
- Team collaboration and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
- Relationship building skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
