STADA Arzneimittel AG is looking for a Junior Culture & People Specialist (Employee Relations) to manage the complete employee life cycle and act as the primary contact for a defined group of employees and their managers. You'll join a forward-thinking team dedicated to supporting our people within an open corporate culture.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of the employee life cycle, including drafting employment contracts, contract addendums, references, and certificates.
- Monitor and manage deadlines related to maternity protection, parental leave, residence permits, and fixed-term contracts.
- Independently support a defined group of employees as their first point of contact, communicating in German and English.
- Assist the Culture & People Business Partner in implementing operational HR measures, works agreements, and projects.
- Maintain and update employee data in HERO / SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Prepare hearings and information for the works council and manage internal approval processes.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, Recruiting, and Controlling teams to ensure seamless operations.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training or apprenticeship.
- Initial professional experience in HR or employee support.
- Relevant working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English for daily written and verbal communication.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail, a service-oriented attitude, and discretion.
Nice to Have
- Further training as a personnel specialist or a comparable qualification.
