DIALOG is looking for a Junior Architectural Contract Administrator to join our Contract Administration team in Edmonton. This role is central to supporting the successful delivery of our architectural projects by managing contract documentation and processes.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the administration of architectural contracts, including document preparation and distribution.
- Track and manage project documentation, ensuring version control and compliance.
- Support communication between project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Help maintain organized records of all contract-related correspondence and changes.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular project status reports.
What We're Looking For
- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- A foundational understanding of architectural contracts and construction documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with standard office and document management software.
