Grundwerk Digital is hiring a Junior Account Manager (m/w/d) to bridge the gap between customer contact and smart technology. You'll enter a modern sales system with opportunities for a steep learning curve, growth, and ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Schedule appointments with leads generated by the company.
- Understand buyer personas and filter the right contacts.
- Test campaigns with tools like ChatGPT and Clay.
- Be trained in the full sales flow: from outreach through closing to customer care.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Either a Bachelor's degree OR 1-2 years of practical experience.
- Tech affinity and quick comprehension.
- German at a high level (C1).
