Movement Strategy is hiring a Junior Account Manager

About the Role

Grüns is hiring a Junior Account Manager to manage all aspects of account management for designated customers. You'll join a team guided by Passion, Collaboration, Innovation, and Adaptability and work closely with Vertical Market Sales, Service, Engineering, and Operations departments.

What You'll Do

  • Support sales of access control, intrusion, and CCTV systems
  • Assist with establishing customer relationships at appropriate levels for key accounts to increase satisfaction
  • Perform needs assessments, develop sales proposals and estimates, and attend job walks
  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of a strategic sales plan for an assigned territory to exceed sales targets
  • Manage and maintain project milestones
  • Manage and maintain key customer account metrics and reporting
  • Develop and maintain communication rhythms with each customer based on their needs
  • Oversee tactical issues with each account as they arise
  • Collaborate with other groups to align on operating interactions, optimize delivery efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Team sell with other Salespeople as appropriate

  • Understanding of electronic security systems, service, and design
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
  • Excellent time management, planning, and forward-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to professionally diffuse and resolve difficult customer situations
  • Ability to organize, plan, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork, a “can do” attitude, and a desire to provide the best service
  • Good decision-making skills

Team & Environment

You will work closely with Vertical Market Sales, Service, Engineering, and Operations departments, collaborating to achieve common goals.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD
