Responsibilities
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Review clients needs and technical specifications with the development team, to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities of the project.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Track quality assurance metrics and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies while encouraging the department technical improvement.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train development team to implement solutions to prevent them from happening in the future.
- Collaborate with internal initiatives.
