About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of construction activities
  • Assist in monitoring project schedules and milestones
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on site coordination
  • Review technical documentation and construction drawings
  • Track project performance metrics and progress reports
  • Help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and deliverables
  • Contribute to budget tracking and cost reporting
  • Engage in client and stakeholder communication
  • Support change order management and documentation
  • Assist in scheduling and progress update meetings
  • Monitor adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate resolution of field-level issues
  • Provide input on constructability reviews
  • Work with project controls for forecasting and reporting
  • Support closeout processes and handover documentation
  • Maintain accurate project records and logs
  • Assist in developing project execution strategies
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

Nice to Have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience in transportation or infrastructure projects
  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling software
  • Prior involvement in large-scale construction programs
  • Familiarity with BIM or digital construction tools
