Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of industry conferences, trade shows, and company-hosted gatherings such as executive roundtables, dinners, and local meetups throughout the U.S.
- Oversee all on-site event elements including exhibit booth setup, staffing plans, signage, promotional materials, logistics for shipping, audiovisual needs, catering, and speaker coordination.
- Assess potential sponsorship opportunities, negotiate agreements with vendors, and manage event spending to ensure strong return on investment.
- Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to align event activities with target account engagement and revenue pipeline objectives.
- Orchestrate outreach before events, manage engagement tactics at booths and functions, and execute follow-up procedures to maximize lead conversion.
- Ensure all event-generated leads are promptly and effectively transitioned to sales teams for timely follow-up.
- Work closely with AI Strategy, Product Marketing, and Design colleagues to prepare on-brand demonstrations, marketing materials, and messaging tailored for events.
- Contribute to larger demand generation initiatives, including regional campaigns and joint marketing efforts with partners.
- Monitor and report key event metrics such as leads captured, pipeline impact, cost per lead, attendance rates, and deal velocity, using insights to refine future strategies.
- Focus on data-driven decision-making by identifying high-performing activities and eliminating low-impact efforts to guide future investment.
