Job PurposeThe purpose of this role, Telemarketing Specialist, is to capture the interest of potential customers, understand their needs through active listening, and convert them into leads and sales. This position requires the use of CRM software for customer relationship management and the capacity to handle objections while maintaining a positive attitude is critical to success.
