CI&T is looking for a Senior Java Developer/Tech Lead to provide technical leadership and drive development initiatives. This role is based in Colombia and offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure the implementation of best practices for code quality, testing, and system architecture
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer or Technical Lead
- Strong expertise in Java and related enterprise technologies
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring other developers
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
