CI&T is seeking a Squad Leader to spearhead a strategic AI initiative based in Colombia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the squad's technical delivery and ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead and coordinate the squad's activities for the AI initiative, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Drive technical execution and delivery, managing the development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
Foster collaboration within the squad and with other teams to overcome challenges and deliver value.
Own the squad's output, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to technical standards.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams in a software delivery environment.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience guiding the implementation of AI solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating complex initiatives.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute in a dynamic environment, focusing on delivering outcomes.
